      Good atmosphere, growth opportunity, national bank and top tier clients, great bonus potential.

      Pros

      I have worked for Credit Control for 10 years and I love this company. We have an abundance of business, fantastic benefits, a lucrative bonus structure and an amazing group of people to work with. Each and every person in this building is family to me and I could not imagine working anywhere else. We are continually growing and I couldn't be any prouder to be a part of this excellent company.

      Cons

      I would say location, however we are currently in process of moving to a new building which is much closer to my home.

      Pros

      Good Benefits is about all i can really say is a pro of working here. Oh yeah and the annual Christmas party as well as cardinal game they take employee's to annually..

      Cons

      No acknowledgment or praise for hard working employees. i have been there 3 years without out a single raise because i was told it is not within the budget(but the company makes 50 million a year). No management training . Upper management only worried about making their pocket fat and pushing strong employee's out the door due to no recognition. Upper management is just to worried about themselves and push their work off on the lower management. Instead of actually caring about the,employees that make the company money. Favoritism within the office. Bonus structure is absolutely horrible and almost impossible to achieve
