friendly nice co-workers are the only good thing about this job

Cons

They drop your pay if you don't make your bonus for the month. you could go from $17/hr to $12/hr just because a goal wasn't met (your fault or not) HORRIBLE TEAM LEADS AND MANAGEMENT! THERES NO ROOM FOR GROWTH!

-Plenty of room to make commission/bonus money through team placement, office contests and performance -Great benefits

Cons

-If you don't hit your monthly number, you may be subject to having your hourly reduced by $2/hr, which also lowers the monthly goal you need to hit ; in theory making it easier for you to be successful -PTO takes a while to stack
