Cons
Management are all so close in and outside the work place that at times the professionalism goes out the window. Favoritism is apparent. Certain collectors find different ways to rig the system, or find a way to get the routed calls. Inconsistent training and policies. Annual compliance testing is falsified. Unethical business practices.
