Pros

Phenomenal pay plan. Great management great ownership. I have worked with this company. For a while now and they continue to grow and get better every single day. I would encourage anyone to come here and work if you want to work from home and really make $150-$200,000 a year it is very possible and feasible to do here .

Cons

I see no downside to this company whatsoever. I have been here for a significant amount of time, and it only gets better and growing rapidly.

Pros

Expectations on performance were made known during the interview, and throughout the training process. It's not hard to meet those minimums either. You literally have to try not to hit those metrics. You can tell who is there for the hourly check, and who actually wants the job. Trainers are always there to help, and the head coach once you go to a team make you feel like they are really in your corner. The culture here is so positive. Even the trainers tell you how much this company throws money at you - and it's true. They have so many bonus opportunities, and play games where they throw even more money at you. It's a normal workday with an hour paid lunch. It's remote - so everyday is pajama day. This definitely isn't a job for someone who struggles with technology. It is super user friendly but if you struggle to check your email, this job isn't for you. All these reviews about the pivot sale blows my mind; the literally ask you in the interview if you are comfortable with that?! Seems to me it's just a bunch of salty people who didn't try, just trying to come up with excuses. We also have the ability to go in and see customers score increases - so we can literally see how we are changing these peoples lives. Getting to do good everyday feels nice. You are giving people an option they didn't even know they had. This is a transparent company that leaves no room for gray areas. Everything you could ever need to know you have access to somewhere in the systems. Management here is top tier and the pay is great, especially with the fact it's remote. 100% would recommend (and have!)

Cons

Honestly nothing, keep it up
