Pros

Training is really thorough and the commissions are uncapped. Somehow even being remote they make it feel like a big family. No micromanaging and I just get to log on in my pajamas and do my job from home - can’t beat that!

Cons

No cons from what I’ve experienced

Pros

One of the best things, if not the very best, is the support I've received from my lead as well as my teammates. Working with people on a day by day basis does leave my social batteries on low from time to time, which in turn does affect my mental - and that's when my colleagues step in. I have no issues expressing my concerns, managers will always find time to address them, and I do feel like a part of a community rather than just a corporate environment. Naturally, I am expected to perform and fulfil my tasks, but my efforts are always noted and generously rewarded. Which did take me by surprise initially, as that was not the case with the majority of my previous employers. Along with that, I always have ample opportunity to hone my skills, take on extra challenges, and actually feel accomplished at the end of the day. I like to think of myself as a proactive individual, which was very welcomed. My personality was well received, which is important because there is a lot of team effort, and all that engagement produces quality. Oh, and I secretly believe that I massively contribute to that quality - but don't tell anyone. But I am openly invested, and my professional, financial and social needs are more than met. And another exceptional thing is that the company emphasizes work/life balance. What's that? 5PM? Clock out, done for the day, go.

Cons

To be fair, it's the timezone difference. Granted, not much can be done about that except moving, and it's handy when I've got things to take care of in the morning, but offsetting work hours by a few notches on the clock was something I needed to get used to initially. I'm almost a full year in now, but it did take about a month or so to adapt.

Pros

This company is great for remote work and the potential pay is great. Service is easy enough to sell.

Cons

No tech support, ever. Getting ahold of anyone in management or training via Slack is difficult too. Despite high expectations, the communication between management and staff is poor.
