Remote They don't micromanage Pay is decent Pretty Easy System Service is actually pretty good

Cons

Payplan changes when people start making too much money Medical is expensive (but that's with most companies) Constant policy changes and tech issues almost as if this company is brand new

Pros

I had a great time working at CG. The company is very knowledge-focused, and I was able to learn a lot while I was there. The people were also great, and I always felt like part of the team. I would definitely recommend CG to anyone looking for a knowledge-focused environment.

Cons

Despite the fact that there are no major cons to working here, there are still a few things that could be improved. For one, the pay could be a bit higher. Additionally, the company could provide more opportunities for training and development. Lastly, the company could do a better job of communicating its vision and goals to employees. While these are relatively minor issues, they could make a big difference in the overall experience of working here.
