Great support system, friendly staff, effective learners, group coaching (ummm with the creme de la creme), advancement opportunities. Location independence and some very talented individuals.

Cons

If you aren't tech savvy, might want to steer clear. They haven't announced the annual retreat, yet. LOL

Company is remote... Management really doesn't micromanage as long as your doing what you're supposed to.... If you're good with the phones you'll be ok...

Cons

They hire more and more reps...and they change your payplan...We've gotten our commissions and bonuses cut in the same message that said they're hiring more reps... So basically the company is keeping more money.....
