Pros
Great Hours, 100% remote. 99% incoming calls, no cold calls. It's demanding but also rewarding work. Very generous compensation. Everyone is positive and easy to work with. Always looking for opportunities and anyone here can make a difference. They ask a lot, but if you're prepared to work and take helpful criticism, you won't regret working here. You will get from this job what you put into it. I am not typically one to give 5 star reviews, but so far, I have been very happy here.

The helpful criticism can come across a bit micro managed but it is well intentioned and given in the spirit of improvement.
