Payment on time. Possibility of scaling within the company. They understand when you have a problem at home and they give you the time to solve it. They understand the nature of the work and prevent their employees from burning out.

Cons

Sometimes the dynamics often change because the company is constantly improving. But at times the information about these changes is also not delivered in the most optimal way. Although they have also improved on that.

I was a little nervous to work at another Repair company after the last. Very glad I did. I have been here almost a year now, and pray everyday that the dream job continues. They work with you on any issues you have gracefully. You get to help Consumers and provide for your family. Win win. The new CEO (Marko) seems to be part of the driving force behind all the great changes that have happened since I have been here. Happy to be here.

Cons

I am sure every company has some cons. There are just not any jumping out at me that would influence a job. One thing I have noticed in the short time is they are always striving to be better without sacrificing the employee. Every change benefits everybody.
