      Pros

      Thoughtful executives who aren't just trying to make a buck; they're trying to build a sustainable business that changes the financial industry. Diverse and inclusive culture. No A*holes. Sensible work hours. Everyone seems to be focused in the same direction.

      Cons

      There are some scaling pains and tough decisions to make sometimes that affect people.

      Don't be misled by the bad Credit Karma ads. They're not representative of how most employees think on the inside.

      Pros

      Employees that are deeply passionate about giving customers/members products and experiences that make their lives better. Worth joining for the culture alone. And some new people have been hired to make the marketing better.

      Cons

      Rampant nepotism. Processes that take 3 steps in sophisticated companies take 17 steps with inexperienced leaders at Credit Karma.

      Great Mission, Nice People, Exciting Challenges

      Pros

      Credit Karma is truly a special place. Not only have I had the opportunity to grow my career here and tackle big challenges, I do it alongside coworkers who are extremely mission driven, bright, and down-to-earth. It makes coming to work every day fun and inspiring.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and space continues to be a challenge, but from what I've experienced, I think it's being managed well.
