      Massive shift in culture, unaddressed systemic issues

      + Pay- high base salaries, equity + Interesting product + Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Distracted exec suite- focused on the acquisition and not addressing some core issues within culture (see previous reviews) Massive attrition, especially at the senior leadership level- driven by lack of recognition and lack of significant upside with the deal Rampant favoritism, politics, back stabbing
