Pros
I have a sense of belonging at CK in their Charlotte office. Inclusive and welcoming space with people who care deeply about each other. The office is fantastic and well appointed and I find myself staying there all day without getting ready to head home. The benefits are exceptional too. Seriously, a week off for the holidays? 5 days a year for family, cultural observance, birthday, sick leave, paid time off and a day for volunteering? Events like Field Day and the holiday party, Vegas! Wow. The medical insurance is mind blowing as well. The way everyone works together to support our members and does it with integrity and an open collaboration. I feel really valued and heard at CK from everyone in the organization.
