Pros
Credit Karma is one of the best companies I have worked for when it comes to aligned values — what is written on the website rings true in practice when it comes to both employees and members of the product. The values are lived, spoken to, and advocated for from the top down, which is so rare to find in most companies these days.
Cons
Company is very vocally an advocate of in-person work. Wouldn't say this is a con necessarily, but expectation is that you attend work in office 1-2x / week.
