      Pros

      Great learning environment, not overly clicky/corporate-like like I've seen in other companies. People take the member experience and financial progress mission seriously. Also great work-life balance and salaries, in my experience.

      Cons

      Occasionally there can be a lot of red tape/stakeholders to involve to launch new initiatives.

      Senior management is great. They hire smart people who are mission driven. They have really built an amazing culture at the company which makes it a great place to work.

      Pay, Benefits, Forward thinking ideas, and a lot of room for future growth . Equity in the company is very generous and fair.

      Cons

      A fair amount of managers who are not good people leaders. An invisible culture of retaliation when you disagree with leadership. More diversity needed in sr leadership positions
