I have been involved in customer service companies and SaaS companies for over a decade and each company always strives to provide the best CUSTOMER experience, but always seems to forget, one way or another, to ensure there is also a great EMPLOYEE experience. The word "Magic Bubble" is used internally to describe the culture and I can honestly say it definitely fits. From having great benefits such as unlimited PTO to focus on healing whenever sickness knocks our door, to having a PeopleOps team that not only makes sure the company is safe but that the employees are also taken care of. Credit Repair Cloud as a company thrives to change lives, one customer and employee at a time.

Cons

All companies have areas of opportunity and CRC is no exception. What I love about here is that we strive to be transparent with each other and whenever something needs to be fixed, processes are set into place to ensure we grow in that area. Whenever you have a leadership team that has a humble heart and teachable spirit, this will always reflect in the type of people that are hired and actually stay to grow with the company. Here's to many more years in the company!
