The executive team runs this company like a dictatorship. They have strategy meetings without department head input and come out with directives that are alarmingly disconnected with the reality of the customers, the industry, and their employees. They have little SaaS experience and do not seek feedback or want it from those who do. Employees are constantly pivoting and doing projects/tasks that are detrimental to the mission because “they said so”. The hybrid workplace is also a sham, there is little flexibility and HR spends far too much time analyzing badge swipes instead of doing worthwhile improvements to the day-to-day of the employees.

Upper management is absolutely horrific, below-average pay, no work life balance, and there is no room for promotions. Management doesn’t actually understand the product and so they default to micromanaging because they want a sense of control. The junior and senior level talent is top tier but upper management/leadership needs replaced.
