Pros

Crescent tries to pay attention to the feedback of their employees and make changes based on that feedback

Cons

Bonuses are based on the success of the company, which sometimes means the economy. When you really need it is when they don’t have it.

Pros

Cool coworkers to engage with daily

Cons

Terrbile leadership. CEO only brings in his friends from Cap1, then lays 70 people off right before the holidays, except his buddies from Cap1.

Good Company... Questionable Leadership

Pros

Specialty market. Lots of growth opportunities when management hits the mark. Cap One alum are well-represented at this company.

Cons

Poor understanding of Economics among the C-Suite. Core decisions are made too fast and loose at times. Too many aggressive gambits to gain market share. They also play heavy favorites to former Cap One employees. Pretty much if you aren't Cap One, don't expect to work your way up.
