      Pros

      Work was exciting. The teams were knowledgeable and creative. Benefits and time off were ok.

      Cons

      Company was great to work for until current CIO took over. That alone made work atmosphere unbearable. Lake of people skills and feeling worthless was everywhere.

      All of the people responsible for making profitable decisions have no experience in the automotive industry. This why the only consistent reputation Crescent has is lay offs and financial instability. They are incapable of communication and collaboration. Decisions are made on opinions and not facts.
