Pros

work life balance, flexible, ok pay for what you do, some people are decent, no a lot of pros to work there as i dont see them around for long

Cons

communication, management is terrible, no real career, iust a job working with idiots that are clueless. not a player in the space, just barely hanging on to keep the doors open..

Great Company

Pros

Crescent Bank has the best Wellness program that I have encountered. The Volunteer program has good participation and is enjoyed by the employees. Although Crescent is a small company the tools, resources, and training they offer are similar to a larger company. The work-life balance is good. The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

None that I can think of.
