Pros

You have a job. The pay is decent. You get benefits. It's salary plus commission.

Cons

Upper Management doesn't have a clue about what is going on in the field nor do they have an interest in hearing any feedback from our clients. The decision makers are number crunchers attempting to offer a product to a consumer they know nothing about based off number. While tracking trends are important, if you don't know your customer, you have no clue how to market something to them.
