Crescent is aLarge stable company that has good future growth prospects.There are Good advancement opportunities for those with the appropriate skills for a sales company.

Cons

There is a High personel turnover rate especially in the entry level positions which have a detrimental effect on how our company is percieved because the constant flow of new people creates an environment where mistakes are likely. Benefits somewhat lacking and could be improved, however they probably reflect industry standards.
