      great benefits and corporate culture. Promotion opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Might not have the most up to date compensation and benefits, however there is an ongoing initiative to be more competitive.

      culture is good and lot of great employees

      Cons

      bad bonus structures bad pay structures (laborers can make alot more than folks bringing in millions of dollars in sales due to hourly overtime opportunities vs salary with poor bonus structure) becoming more and more corporate by the day. No longer feels like a family owned local business
