      Pros

      Supposedly stable. Not a lot of engineering companies in this area.

      Cons

      No bonus. No career future. Health insurance is very very expensive. You can think is as a long-term contract job.

      It's a paycheck and they have a free gym.

      1. Opportunity and training should be available to all employees. 2. Please look at #1 again. 3. Salary. 4. PTO policy. 5. Benefits. 6. Don't expect to work in the same building for more than 30 days. 7. Schedule isn't very realistic with what competitors are offering as far as work life balance is concerned. 8. Management.
