My biggest issue was the work/life balance. I was expected to stay working late every night. Salary was okay Insurance isn't the best-----high co-pays The office is dismal and harsh on your eyes. Hybrid schedule- preferred working 100% from home and not dealing with the hour commute both ways.

Lack of proper training or introduction to company. Poor raises and high turnover.
