      Pros

      Most of the people are fun and easy to work with, that's about where it ends.

      Cons

      Poor management of its employees - doesn't take them seriously, therefore employees don't take their jobs seriously. No incentives to work or try harder.

      I have been privileged to work with a great group of people and have been given the opportunity to grow.

      Salary was competitive and benefits were acceptable

      The owners treat their employees like they are subjects. Everyone seems to be afraid to approach them. a lot of the 'diversified staff" maybe illegal from whispers I over heard while working there. Hence the combination of fear and loyalty. Managers yell and never seem to be happy with anything you do. I have always been considered an outstanding worker no matter where I worked except here where they never seemed satisfied. The offices are dirty with extremely old furniture except for where the public see's the place or the executives area's. I had to sit in a chair that looked like someone had been sick on it! The con's are way too many to list. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
