wages are very low, the only way to move up is to have a family member work here. Owner is uninterested in the company. President only worries about sales, not people. the negative reviews are very accurate. HR leadership tries to sweep things under the rug so they look good. they provide a gym and wellness center in the hopes the employees will turn a blind eye to how terrible the company is. the name itself may be innovative, but not the leadership.

Communication is almost non-existent between management and staff. Management makes decisions based on uneducated assumptions. Although not "officially" expected, some admins have been known to work until 5AM on weekends to try and catch up and early nights on the weekdays is 11PM. Employee titles are changed without notice and with total disregard of how it can affect your career and that of your colleagues within the organization and outside. There are no bonuses. Everyone gets 15 days of PTO after one year. This includes sick days and personal days.
