- Nepotism. Many people are directly related to each other and some family members directly report to others.
- Unfortunately if you are brilliant - a sub-par employee whose family member is in the executive management level always seems to receive the handouts first. Therefore - promotions are hard to come by.
- Salary is below the local standard - especially for the NY-NJ area and the workload is intense.
- Frustrating that this place is run heavily on politics. Little planning and analysis done.
- No Training in both technical and management areas.
- Beware of HR - unlike other companies, if you talk to HR they will use that information against you. HR is sneaky and the high level management of HR is unfriendly, curses when talking about people and is known to troll the internet checking to see which of their current employees updated their resume. HR does not question why people are leaving, but rather looks for ways to "scare" people into not trying to leave.
- Extremely negative environment
- Paid Time off - there are no sick/personal days. Therefore people come into work either sick because they do not have any PTO. Add paid sick days that may be used separately from PTO. Starting PTO for hourly employees are 10 days/year, and for salary employees 15 days/year.
