Well, all the Pros, occurred when I first started, but the company changed drastically and horribly after the owner passed, so there are really no Pros anymore

Cons

The company would not train its empployees to do their jobs properly, at least at the satellite offices. How are we supposed to work if you don't tell us what we need to do?
