Pros

Not as much pressure as the city. Pay is OK. Projects are interesting. Management at lower levels is pretty good. Work from home right now is great! A lot of investment in new products.

Cons

Innovation happens on certain projects but others might be left behind for backwards compatibility. Pay is only OK and could be better. People with seniority don't know newer software tech. For me, at the end of the day this is a hardware company and sometimes it shows in the politics...
