Working here as a new grad was the best career decision to make
Pros
Coming straight out of college, you may lack the experience and confidence to work at a corporate company for the first time. It can be a daunting adventure. However, the culture at Crestron helped me smoothly transition from being a student to being a full-time working adult. There is never a stupid question to be asked because managers and coworkers always willingly take the time to explain and teach you. It is an environment to fully grow as an Engineer. There are many opportunities internally within the company that you are more than welcome to try out.
Cons
Because it is a smaller company, the pay is not as grand as a bigger corporate company. However, the lack of compensation cannot compare to the assets earned working with such experienced and smart individuals. It can seem like a con when signing papers initially, but in the long run -- pay is not something that should stop you from working at Crestron.
