      Pros

      Great place and great company. It is not for everyone however. That said, the morale is fun and there is a common goal...work hard for Crestron.

      Cons

      As noted it is not for everyone. The fast paced environment often requires tough skin. I enjoyed it but I can see where people who are sensitive may not enjoy it.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn, challenging work, but nice pace, not too stressful, no bashing by project engineers.

      Cons

      Medical very expensive. Over 700 per month for family plan for new employees. Not much documentation, not much training to learn the code base.

      The company is stable and doesn't lay off crew unless you have done anything that is against company policies and safety guidelines.

      Cons

      The salary is low which is not worth for every particular position. Treatment is not fair for everybody, sometimes there is favoritism especially if you are close to management.
