      Pros

      Being part of Crestron is like being part of a huge family. My manager and mentor make time for me each week, work on uplifting my skills and make sure they’re aware of my strengths and weaknesses. They push me hard enough that it’s not overwhelming but I find a good spot to hone the skills required for the job. All this in a professional and friendly environment.

      None as of now. So far it’s been great!
