      Growing Company With Job Security If You Can Handle It

      Pros

      Learned so much about manufacturing and electronics in general. I've had many managers come and go. Most of my managers were great. The company doesn't fire too often or let people go from what I've experienced and seen.

      Cons

      There are people that shouldn't be there (ie. lazy, not productive, toxic etc.) but I guess you see these kinds of people in every company?
