      It's hard to think of any pros aside from a paycheck.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive, this company is riding on the coattails of their past, they have outdated data infrastructure and this has created a stagnant technical environment. No room for growth. Talent and aspirations come here to die, they sure will sell you a dream during your interview!
