Pros

I cannot speak for other departments, but the Finance & Accounting Department was great to work in. Very supportive managers with room to grow. I only left to pursue an opportunity that I felt was more in-line with my career goals. This absolutely had no bearing on the great time I had at Crestron.

Cons

No bonus for non-manager positions. This, to me, is the only con.

Pros

Coming straight out of college, you may lack the experience and confidence to work at a corporate company for the first time. It can be a daunting adventure. However, the culture at Crestron helped me smoothly transition from being a student to being a full-time working adult. There is never a stupid question to be asked because managers and coworkers always willingly take the time to explain and teach you. It is an environment to fully grow as an Engineer. There are many opportunities internally within the company that you are more than welcome to try out.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company, the pay is not as grand as a bigger corporate company. However, the lack of compensation cannot compare to the assets earned working with such experienced and smart individuals. It can seem like a con when signing papers initially, but in the long run -- pay is not something that should stop you from working at Crestron.

Pros

Work is interesting. Salaries are reasonable (nothing great but won't put the company out of business). Management is a little heavy but seems to be improving. Allows work from home.

Cons

Expansion is mostly offshore and just more management locally.
