Pros
Smart team, great product, company listens to its customers a lot, solving interesting challenges, great business team, pretty flat structure, very collaborative environment, lot of flexibility to write great code how you see fit
Cons
Company structure with product teams may not mesh with those that aren't interested in doing anything around product management or ideation, but it's a big pro for those that are interested
