Working outside in all weather. Hours can vary significantly depending on how busy the location is and the weather. Work/Life balance is hard to maintain.

Toxic Positivity and Old School Mindset

Friendly coworkers, company has a good reputation and is well known

Toxic positivity - feels like you can’t have a bad day because of “WIT” mindset and hustle culture. Senior leadership is lacking in forward thinking and innovation. Just because something has always been done in the past, or because another car wash is doing it, doesn’t mean you need to too. Pay is not great, average at best. Associate level is is false advertisement as base pay most employees will make is much much lower. There is an extreme lack of diversity in the company as a whole, but especially in leadership. Senior leadership of the company is almost entirely white men, with no concrete plans to make advancements in the near or distant future. Very very conservative old school thinking overall.

Thanks for your feedback. Some recent news, we have adjusted pay for all Team Members to $15-$16/hr. Management pay has been adjusted as well. We have also formed a Diversity Workgroup.

- Pay is competitive. - Training materials for management roles is great. - Associate staff was fantastic.

Cons

- Poor corporate / regional management. - Did not have a sense of "purpose". - Performance is largely based off of sales. - False upheaval of culture and values.
