      Pros

      The people I worked with at Crew were wonderful! Management truly cared about the employees, and about our life outside of work! The companies constant opportunity for contests and such were a huge plus in winning some extra money and motivating us to be good at our jobs!

      Cons

      The winter specifically was so miserable. My fingers felt frozen many, many times.

      Great pay right off that bat Depending on the location.. Great coworkers Good start for management experience

      A lot of things to learn to be promoted Can be stressful when you're on your own Depending on staffing you will most likely always work every weekend.

      Pros

      They hire based on personality, so everyone there is relatively likeminded and everyone gets along very well. They try to proved a fun environment. They increased the pay, so it now is awesome. There are a lot of advancement opportunities and management works to get you where you need to be. The tuition reimbursement is nice. It definitely helps take some of the pressure off of being in a 4 year college as well gives incentive to do well. It is very competitive. They don't take any crap. Though turnover is high, this helps keep a quality team.

      Cons

      Weather conditions suck. Especially in the winter. Customers can sometime be crabby. With turnover being high, it still stinks to see some great people go. There are a lot of little gimics they add that can be irritating and unnecessary.
