- Growth within the company is encouraged & supported. - Next level training team from the support team. - Open door policy with the ability to reach who you need, regardless of their position. - Outdoor work environment. - Fair compensation with opportunities for raises biannually. Benefits department is exceptional. - Clearcut policies & procedures.

Cons

- Strict appearance guidelines. - Sales heavy job with strong focus on driving sign up’s for loyalty program [Not necessarily a negative or con for all, just something to note if you aren’t looking for something with a strong sales focus]. - Labor requirements dependent on volume, can be difficult to ensure everyone is getting their required/needed hours on slow days/weeks.

Crew is a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a strong emphasis on fun, which creates an upbeat and positive workplace culture. Leadership is supportive, and there are clear opportunities for growth and advancement. The pay is competitive—especially valuable for those just starting out or entering the workforce with little experience. What truly stands out is Crew’s people-first mindset and strong culture of recognition, which deeply aligns with my own values. Highly recommended

Cons

I wouldn’t necessarily consider these cons, but it’s worth noting that the job can be physically demanding, with outdoor work in both hot and cold weather. There are high standards and a level of accountability that exceeds many other workplaces. That said, these expectations are clearly communicated from the start—and for high performers, they create an environment that’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

We strive hard to ensure you are set up for success in all you do. We are outside each day at work, which means we will experience weather extremes throughout the year. We ensure to accommodate the challenging weather, but it may not be for everyone. We are also on our feet quite often, which can be an adjustment for some.
