We're sorry to hear that you feel that you did not find a work/life balance that suits you here at Criteo, and we encourage you to take more advantage of the initiatives that we have put in place to support employees. We are really focusing on encouraging employees to maintain a healthy rhythm, with corporate communication encouraging employees to take break, the recent launch of company Quiet Days to reduce meeting fatigue, feelgood initiatives by Workplace (talks, sports sessions, and so on) or if you feel like you might need it, an external psychological support with professionals sponsored by Criteo.
