      - Flexible work. - Management supports you in every form. - Employee first policy. - You get everything you want to learn and grow personally. - The onboarding process is well-defined and robust. - The work-life balance is great. - You will always grow technically both in your professional and personal life.

      Cons

      - Only one thing. You have to train on your own if your manager is not good. - Another thing, if your manager thinks you are not useful (even though you are), you will be forced to resign.
