We invest a lot of effort into making it a great place to work, and seeing this reflected in your feedback is very gratifying! Particularly in smaller teams, workload can vary significantly based on the abilities of individual team members and the complexities of the task at hand. For example an analyst could have the responsibility for supporting one very complex client account, whereas another could be supporting numerous simpler/smaller accounts. Having said this, it is very important that if you feel the division of workload is inequitable or unfair, you raise this with your manager or HR - wherever you're comfortable. Growing company with strong product suite and amazing global reach. Annual gathering in France.

Cons

HQ is in Paris which can slow things down.
