Pros

Was a great place to work pre covid. Good pay Great team and people. innovative technology

Cons

Lost the excitement after Covid. they downsized the office. Global team, you don't get the see in person that often. Clicky leadership team, I don't think they value their employees. No clear strategy forward they think they have one, but executing on it is very hard.

Pros

Criteo is a great place to work if you are early in your career. You will learn a ton, meet young, smart and enthusiastic people from every corner of the world as your colleagues. The culture promotes openness and innovation, you can fail as long as you learn

Cons

For senior people, not that much upward mobility. Criteo is not a nimble startup anymore and higher echelons get political, change is hard.
