On the work life balance - this is CRITICAL that you've raised it, we're glad. When we're a company with the fast growth like we've had, that absolutely rolls down onto people pretty quickly. The growth is exciting. Sometimes the expectations can be challenging. The only thing I'd leave you with is if this is unreasonable or untenable, please speak to your leadership about this! Raise it. Hi there - thanks for your feedback and review, really appreciate it. Firstly, we love the perks too :). Thank you! On the career growth perspective - you're right, this is especially challenging for our internal IT teams in the regions, where a lot of the department is centralized in Paris. But this is exactly why we are rolling out Career Paths as high priority initiative in Criteo. Everyone, no matter what role, will have visibility into how they can progress - either in their team or otherwise. We've also just had a new leader for the Americas start, and one of his primary responsibilities will be to work with the team on their development. I hope you start to see the changes over the next few months!
