Not racially diverse in middle and upper management.

Pros

Having worked at a multitude of tech companies, I have a hard time thinking where Criteo stands out. Yes, the benefits are decent - as they are at any tech company. The company is trying to reinvent itself but its highest margin product (retargeting) has a limited shelf life and continues to decline, which then impacts the overall environment.

Cons

What is absolutely grating is the gap between talk and action on diversity. Yes, there is talk of diversity and programs and so on. But where it counts - leadership and upper management, there is no diversity. From C level down to VP level, at least as far as the US is concerned, you will be hard pressed to see a black or brown face. Yes, there are plenty of women - all caucasian. So its like the Mad Men era, except they decided to let only those who were in the office ( men and women) now join management.

Open feedback is always a key starting point to improve how we do things in the future, so thank you for sharing yours! There is no finish line when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It is an ongoing journey that doesn't happen overrnight and that is why we keep developping new programs while preserving ongoing initiatives. Though our committment still stands strong, we know there will always be room for improvement. So we intend to continue our efforts to sustain an inclusive and diverse workplace in the long run.
