      Pros

      * Teammates truly care about the product as well as each other. * Compensation is competitive, and the company takes this seriously, offering adjustments to keep up with the market. * Highly autonomous work environment. If you have a good idea, you're encouraged to give it a try.

      Cons

      * None that have impacted me directly. * A bit worried about the grind attitude of some of the newest upper management. But it hasn't trickled down to my group and honestly I don't think it will.

      Pros

      Awesome environment, culture and people.

      Cons

      Incredibly rigid internal hiring structure. Decided to leave because I was ineligible for a position due to my "career band". In order to stay, I would have had to hire and train my boss (instead of allowing me to take their position).

      Great benefits, but unrealistic goals

      Pros

      The people the work there are very welcoming and positive group to be around. Lots of great benefits, good snacks, and weekly massages.

      Cons

      Often times most of the goals created for both sales and account management are unattainable, so their employees don’t get paid what they are promised. Lack of innovation with new products.
