Pros

1. People are nice and smart 2. Policies are employee friendly. 3. CEO cares a lot for everyone. 4. Fast paced ad tech company 5. Lots to learn

Cons

1. Not many opportunities to grow in career if you are based out of India. Even if you have the talent you will hit a road block as they don't see India as more than a delivery centre. 2. Things are looking unstable at the moment due to macro-economics but the company is trying its best to it afloat.

Thank you for providing us with such detailed feedback! We are glad you seem to enjoy your experience with us, as well as our company culture. We have been diversifying our career development offer with a few more programs such as mentoring, coaching, and internal mobility opportunities to allow all employees who want to proactively shape their own career opportunities to explore, test, and build the career path they want. We promote a bottom-up approach, so don't hesitate to share your doubts and insights with your managers or contact your Local People Partner. Thank you again for taking the time to sit and share!

How much restructuring is enough?

Pros

Good benefits Good work life balance People are generally collaborative and friendly Internal mobility

Cons

Disorganised and mismanaged. 8% of global workforce laid off in Feb. Many roles made redundant were still open just months ago, so new hires should tread with caution. This company seems to conduct layoffs every 1-2 years (also in 2021, 2019). This results in a shrinking "legacy" team who gets more and more overstretched as they lose SMEs with deep domain knowledge. New blood which are supposed to revitalise the org and inject fresh ideas are getting also cut. Not pivoting quickly enough while other players in the industry are already encroaching on the Retail Media space.
