      Great Culture, Nice colleagues and plenty of opportunities for people with the right mindset. Very little to no micro-management, more freedom (responsibility)

      Cons

      Non serious folks who are not self-motivated may feel left out.

      Pros

      Great benefits, EA role is very easy, not much to do but that can vary based on who you're reporting to. This would be a good role for someone that is late in their career looking for a cushy job.

      Cons

      pay is mediocre, not a good place to learn or expand your role, boss couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day, would not recommend for anyone early in their career that is bright and ambitious - you will be bored and underutilized.
