Pros

Due to increasing turnover compensation keeps scaling upward - the company makes money for now but long term might be an issue.

Cons

Poor leadership in most the company, high turnover, inadequate vision, poor / political behavior is rewarded continuously, performance systems change constantly and are unreliable.

Pros

Good work-life balance, good team

Cons

Return to the office policy, no salary increase, no career opportunities. People are burnt-out, others are quitting. It's getting worse and worse.

Pros

Criteo has innovative products and talented, collaborative colleagues. The team environment is supportive, and the international exposure is valuable.

Cons

On the downside, onboarding felt unstructured. Training materials arrived late, expectations were unclear, and feedback was inconsistent. Performance evaluation lacked measurable goals and transparency (clear KPIs and OKRs), which made it challenging to understand how to improve.
