Criteo is the right place to learn. Super smart benevolent people with high expectations. I felt valued and encouraged to grow. Good compensation. Loved my time there.

Cons

Business is undergoing up and downs. It's best to know. It's fully flexible which might be lonely at times if you come to the office often.

The management team is quite toxic. uring times when layoffs are being considered, they opt for creating unattainable targets rather than providing compensation, which compels employees to resign.
